Tallowwood Mount View produces premium estate-made Hunter Valley wines. In our custom-built winery, we constantly strive to produce wines of the highest quality. 

Our cellar door is now open from 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (but closed on the last weekend of every month) and by appointment on weekdays. So next time you are visiting the Hunter Valley, drop into one of the region's newest ventures.  Meet the winemakers and learn all about the blood, sweat, tears and love that go into our wines.

We have carefully selected  a number of vineyards in the area that we believe have the site, microclimate, soil and vineyard management practices to produce the best possible grapes. Our winemaking is specifically aimed at allowing the quality and intense flavours of that fruit to shine in the bottle.
